Thanks for considering Flooring Xpress Enterprise. These terms cover what you can expect from us and what we expect from you when you use our website or hire us for work. By using our site or services, you agree to these terms.
The content on this site is for general information. We try to keep it accurate and current, but we can't guarantee everything is complete or up to date. Please don't rely on the site as a substitute for a written quote or contract.
We provide free estimates for qualifying projects. Estimates are good-faith pricing based on the information we have at the time — they are non-binding until a signed service agreement is in place. Final pricing may change based on actual measurements, material selections, or conditions discovered during the work.
Flooring Xpress Enterprise offers professional installation, repair, and related services. Services are subject to availability and may vary by location. The specific scope of work will be defined in your signed contract or work order.
Installation and appointment dates are scheduled by mutual agreement. We ask for at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling when possible. Emergencies happen — we'll work with you case-by-case.
Payment terms are set out in your service agreement. We accept common payment methods including cash, check, and major credit cards through our payment provider. A deposit may be required before materials are ordered.
Flooring Xpress Enterprise stands behind our work. Workmanship warranties and their terms vary by service type and will be specified in your agreement. Material warranties are separate and come from the manufacturer. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, neglect, or accidents, and claims should be reported promptly.
We carry liability insurance for our installation work. To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to the services is limited to the amount you paid us for those services. We're not responsible for pre-existing conditions, structural issues, or damage caused by third parties outside our control.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to these terms or our services will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Illinois.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continuing to use our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
