Chicago flooring and remodeling services
Kitchens are the highest-traffic room in most homes and the highest-ROI remodel by a wide margin. The right scope depends on whether you want a partial refresh — backsplash, countertops, paint, hardware — or a full gut down to studs. Either path benefits from coordinated planning so finishes hang together.
We handle kitchen flooring, tile and backsplash, cabinets and countertops, paint and trim, lighting, and finish coordination. Plumbing and electrical rough-in for layout changes is coordinated with licensed trades. We are not a custom cabinet shop, but we install most major cabinet lines and can source semi-custom and custom on request.
Every kitchen project starts with a free in-home measurement and a scope conversation. We will tell you which updates move the needle most for your specific kitchen — sometimes a backsplash + countertop swap looks completely different at a fraction of a full gut.

How it works
We handle every step under one roof — no subcontractors, no project managers, no surprises mid-project.
We come to you, measure the space, and walk through your goals, timeline, and budget. No high-pressure pitch — just an honest read of what the project takes.
We bring samples or invite you to the showroom so you can see materials in person. Once you pick, we order through our distributor network so you get dealer pricing.
We schedule installation around your calendar, confirm prep details (furniture moving, old material removal, subfloor checks), and lock in start and finish dates.
Our team handles the install start to finish. No subcontractors. Site is kept clean during the work, and we communicate every day if the project takes more than one day.
We do a final walkthrough together to make sure every transition, edge, and detail meets your expectations before we call the job done.

Frequently asked
Scope drives cost. A backsplash + countertop refresh typically runs $5,000 to $12,000. A mid-range remodel with new cabinets, countertops, backsplash, and flooring lands $25,000 to $60,000. A high-end gut remodel with custom cabinets, premium countertops, and layout changes runs higher. We give you a written estimate at the in-home consultation.
A countertop and backsplash refresh typically completes in one to two weeks. A mid-range full kitchen runs four to six weeks. Custom cabinets, layout changes, or specialty countertops can extend the timeline. We give you a specific schedule at the estimate.
For partial remodels (backsplash, paint, hardware), yes — usually with a few days of inconvenience. For full remodels, the kitchen is out of service for several weeks. We help plan a temporary kitchen setup (microwave, induction burner, fridge in the dining room) for full remodels.
Cabinet refacing — replacing doors and drawer fronts while keeping the boxes — saves significant money if your cabinet boxes are structurally sound and you like the layout. Replacement makes sense if you want to change the layout, the boxes are damaged, or you want a different cabinet style. We compare both at the estimate.
Quartz is non-porous, more uniform in appearance, lower-maintenance, and warranted by the manufacturer. Granite is a natural stone with each slab being unique, less expensive at the entry level, and timeless in look. We can show you both at the estimate so you can compare.
Plumbing and electrical rough-in work — moving sinks, gas lines, adding outlets — is handled by licensed trades we coordinate with. Faucet swaps, light fixture replacements, and similar finish work we handle directly. We will spell out what's in scope at the estimate.
For modern kitchens we usually recommend tile or luxury vinyl plank — both waterproof and durable. Hardwood works in lower-traffic kitchens with good ventilation. Laminate is generally not recommended for kitchens because of moisture exposure.
Yes. Financing is available on qualifying kitchen remodel projects. Final terms are confirmed at the in-home estimate.
